Funeral | York – April 2023

Hello Cameron. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for today at my Dad’s funeral. It was beautiful. I stood watching you when we came out of the crematorium and could have stayed for hours listening to you play. I hope my dad was looking down as he would have been so proud. You did an amazing job. Cameron, a Happy New Year and thank you once again for your superb playing at our New Year’s Eve event. I think this is the sixth year you have played for us and I can confirm our booking for next year.

Cameron, the family and I would like to thank you for your wonderful playing today.  Everyone was very moved and you added hugely to the occasion.

Hi Cameron, Thank you very much for your piping at the funeral of my son yesterday. You were excellent and thank you for wearing the full military No. 1 uniform with feather bonnet. The family have asked me to thank you for your excellent playing at Rawdon Crematorium in Leeds yesterday. The way you played Amazing Grace was particularly moving and your bagpipe had a wonderful sound.

Cameron, just a quick message to thank you for playing at Louise’s wedding. When I spoke about you during my speech you were received with rapturous applause and afterwards the grooms uncle who is based in Nova Scotia was very enthusiastic about his conversation with you later.
